摘要

目的:探讨电针治疗帕金森病(PD)的作用机制。方法:将40只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、电针组

每组10只。用微量注射法向模型组、电针组大鼠右侧纹状体注射6-羟基多巴胺制备偏侧PD大鼠旋转模型

假手术组以0.9%NaCl溶液进行微量注射。正常组、模型组、假手术组不予任何干预;电针组电针"风府""太冲"

采用连续波

频率2Hz

强度1mA

持续30min

每日1次

治疗2周。行为学测试检测PD大鼠干预前后旋转行为的改变

采用RT-PCR法检测各组大鼠纹状体部胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(glial fiber acidic protein

GFAP)、缝隙连接蛋白43(connexin 43

Cx43)mRNA的表达。结果:模型组大鼠干预前后旋转行为差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)

电针组大鼠干预前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);模型组大鼠GFAP mRNA、Cx43mRNA表达较正常组和假手术组高(均P<0.01)

经电针治疗后

电针组大鼠GFAP mRNA、Cx43mRNA表达较模型组降低(均P<0.01)。结论:电针防治帕金森病的机制可能与抑制星形胶质细胞的激活有关。
