摘要

目的:观察刮痧对原发性高血压降压作用的时效规律

为刮痧的最佳治疗频次提供参考依据。方法:将符合纳入标准的89例原发性高血压患者

给予辨证刮痧。刮痧部位以颈背部的督脉、膀胱经、曲池至手三里和足三里至丰隆为主

对实证患者采用重刺激泻法

以皮下毛细血管破裂、皮下瘀血为度;对虚证患者采用轻刺激补法

以皮下毛细血管充血、皮肤潮红为度。每个部位刮拭10遍

刮痧宽约为5cm

治疗15min

共刮痧1次。选取受试者刮痧前一天下午2:00、2:30、3:00、3:30、4:00、5:00、6:00、8:00及刮痧当天下午刮痧前、刮痧后即刻(2:00)、2:30、3:00、3:30、4:00、5:00、6:00、8:00和刮痧后24h、48h各时间点的血压作为观察指标。结果:(1)经1次刮痧治疗后

血压由刮痧前的(149.00±10.19)/(85.30±10.96)mmHg(1mmHg≈0.133kPa)下降至刮痧后半小时的(137.51±10.24)/(81.06±10.56)mmHg(P<0.01)。(2)刮痧后各时段血压均较刮痧前降低

差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。(3)通过非线性回归分析

刮痧后收缩压回升至140mmHg的时间为刮痧后47.2h。结论:刮痧对原发性高血压具有明显的即时降压作用

刮痧间隔以隔天为宜。
