摘要

临床上发现

部分腰痛患者在腹部的相关区域常常会出现一些与腰痛有相关性的阳性反应点

在单纯治疗腰痛局部疗效不佳时

通过针刺或推拿腹部的相应部位

即调阴以治阳病的后病前治方法

却可明显地提高疗效。本文以"后病前取"治疗腰痛的诊治思路为主线

阐述一些中医经络病变及现代解剖病变导致腰痛的"后病前治"具体治疗手法

以开拓临床治疗腰痛的思路

丰富其治疗的手段。
