摘要

基于传统针灸理论与现代研究

对影响腧穴配伍效应差异的因素进行总结分析。发现影响腧穴配伍效应差异的主要因素有腧穴特异性、经穴间的相互作用、针刺信号的传导途径、机体状态水平、针刺手法等。认为腧穴特异性是决定腧穴配伍效应差异的关键因素;经穴间的相互作用可能与选取穴位针刺信号传导途径有关

是产生穴位配伍效应差异的重要因素;机体状态水平及针刺手法是影响腧穴配伍效应的内在及外部因素。
