摘要

目的:观察从脾胃论治针刺对脾虚型与非脾虚型失眠症患者的主观症状、睡眠质量和睡眠率的影响。方法:将60例失眠患者分为脾虚组和非脾虚组

每组30例

均行针刺治疗

穴取四神聪、神门、三阴交、足三里和天枢穴

隔日1次

5次为一疗程

治疗观察2个疗程。采用阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)观察患者主观症状的变化

采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)观察患者睡眠质量的变化

采用睡眠率观察患者睡眠时间的变化

并判断临床疗效。结果:治疗5次和10次后

脾虚组总有效率均为80.0%(24/30)

非脾虚组总有效率分别为76.7%(23/30)和80.0%(24/30)

两组间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。两组AIS总分和PSQI总分在治疗5次、10次后与治疗前比较

均明显降低(均P<0.01)

各时点组间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。两组睡眠率在治疗5次和10次后与治疗前比较均有提高(均P<0.01)。结论:从脾胃论治针刺治疗脾虚型与非脾虚型失眠症患者可能具有相同的临床疗效

可改善患者的主观症状、睡眠质量和睡眠率。
