摘要

目的:利用功能性磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging

fMRI)技术探讨针刺左、右侧合谷穴是否存在脑功能偏侧性

为临床合谷穴左、右侧选择提供客观依据。方法:将80名健康受试者随机分为针刺左侧合谷穴组(左侧针刺组)和针刺右侧合谷穴组(右侧针刺组)

分别针刺左侧和右侧合谷穴。针刺得气后

采集两组的任务态fMRI数据

并利用功能性神经影像分析软件(analysis of functional neuroImages

AFNI)程序进行两组组内和组间分析。针刺后记录受试者的针刺感觉并统计两组针刺感觉量表(the MGH acupuncture sensation scale

MASS)指数。结果:两组间MASS指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);左侧针刺组主要表现为右侧大脑的信号增强

右侧针刺组显示双侧的大脑均有广泛信号变化;左侧针刺组与翻转后的右侧针刺组组间分析显示两组间存在差异脑区。结论:针刺左、右侧合谷穴的中枢效应不对称

存在右侧大脑半球的功能偏侧性;右侧大脑半球的岛叶和扣带回可能是针刺合谷穴发挥效应的关键脑区。
