摘要

为提高教学水平

拓宽教学思路

开展了PBL法(问题式教学法)结合LBL法(讲授式教学法)在针灸学教学中的可行性研究。将2010级中西医结合临床五年制床边班本科生随机分为PBL结合LBL组和LBL组。在一学期中

两组学生均按大纲要求以LBL法完成基础理论课教学

而见习课教学则分别以不同的方法进行

即PBL结合LBL组的见习课以PBL法教授

LBL组仍以LBL法教授。学期结束

评价两组期末理论和病案考核成绩

以及从师生不同角度进行的问卷调查结果。两组期末理论成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)

而病案成绩比较

则PBL结合LBL组优于LBL组(84.47±10.72vs 76.00±9.97

P<0.05);学生及教师问卷调查结果均显示PBL结合LBL法得分较LBL法高(86.27±8.36vs 56.00±14.59

P<0.01;45.89±3.68vs 36.61±6.41

P<0.01)。表明PBL结合LBL法在《针灸学》教学中可行

其教学效果优于单用LBL法

为针灸学教学改革提供了新思路。
