摘要

通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed数据库、ScienceDirect数据库和Springer数据库

收集1983年1月至2013年12月期间发表的关于针灸戒烟的随机对照试验(RCT)文章

使用《针灸RCT文章规范表述要素表》对每个纳入的文章进行质量评价

使用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。共纳入RCT文献24篇

计3084例患者。文献质量评价显示纳入的RCT文章平均质量得分25.71分

且未有低于16分的低质量文章。Meta分析结果显示针灸能明显提高短期戒断率[RR=1.48
