摘要

目的:观察温针灸配合元素钙防治绝经后骨质丢失的临床效果

并探讨其作用机制。方法:将85例绝经后妇女随机均分为观察组(43例)和对照组(42例)。观察组与对照组每天睡前均口服钙尔奇D片1次

每次600mg

共服用1年。观察组取大杼、肾俞、悬钟穴

行温针灸治疗

每天1次

治疗30天为一疗程

疗程间隔60天

共治疗4个疗程。观察两组治疗前后腰椎及双侧髋关节骨密度、血清骨钙素(S-BGP)和尿羟脯氨酸(Hyp)与肌酐(Cr)比值(Hyp/Cr)。结果:1观察组治疗后能提高受试部位骨密度

前后比较差异均有统计学意义[腰椎:(0.811±0.024)g/cm2vs(0.892±0.019)g/cm2

股骨颈:(0.512±0.014)g/cm2 vs(0.554±0.015)g/cm2

股骨粗隆:(0.716±0.028)g/cm2 vs(0.769±0.026)g/cm2

Ward’s三角区:(0.590±0.013)g/cm2 vs(0.660±0.017)g/cm2

均P<0.05)

且观察组较对照组提高明显(均P<0.05)。2对照组治疗后骨代谢指标明显升高

血清S-BGP、Hyp/Cr比值较观察组升高明显(均P<0.05)。结论:温针灸配合元素钙防治绝经后妇女骨质丢失效果显著

其可能的途径是通过降低绝经后妇女高转换骨代谢来实现的。
