摘要

目的:观察针刺配合穴位埋线与单纯针刺对脑瘫患儿运动功能的疗效差异。方法:将120例脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组和对照组

每组60例。观察组采用针刺配合穴位埋线治疗

埋线主穴取脾俞、肾俞

配合大椎、命门、腰阳关、三焦俞、心俞、肝俞

采用埋线针将羊肠线注入穴位

同时针刺头部和四肢穴位

得气后留针40min;对照组采用单纯针刺治疗

除不采用穴位埋线外

其他治疗同观察组。针刺每日1次

针刺5次后休息2天;埋线15天1次。连续治疗3个月

于治疗前后进行粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)和粗大运动功能分级系统(GMFCS)评估

并进行疗效分析。结果:1两组治疗后GMFM总分均有提高(均P<0.01)

观察组治疗后GMFM总分高于对照组(P<0.05);2两组GMFM中A、B区评分治疗后均有提高(均P<0.01)

观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.01

P<0.05);3治疗后观察组总有效率为76.7%(46/60)

优于对照组总有效率55.0%(33/60

P<0.01)。结论:针刺配合穴位埋线比单纯针刺能更好地提高脑瘫患儿的运动功能。
