摘要

目的:探讨电针"神门""三阴交"治疗失眠症的作用机制。方法:30只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、电针组

每组10只

模型组、电针组采用限制性制动法建立失眠模型。造模后

空白组和模型组同步抓取固定但不进行治疗

电针组电针"神门""三阴交"治疗

每天1次

每次15min

治疗4d。治疗后检测各组大鼠昼夜活动量、高架十字迷宫试验进入开放臂百分数和开放臂停留时间百分数

采用酶联免疫法检测各组大鼠血浆去甲肾上腺素(noradrenaline

NE)、多巴胺(dopamine

DA)、肾上腺素(epinephrine

EPI)和丘脑、脑干中NE、DA含量。结果:模型组较空白组白昼活动量明显增多(P<0.05)

夜晚活动量显著减少(P<0.05)

高架十字迷宫试验进入开放臂百分数和开放臂停留时间百分数均较空白组明显减小(均P<0.05)

模型组血浆NE、DA、EPI以及丘脑和脑干中NE、DA含量均较空白组明显升高(均P<0.05);电针组较模型组白昼活动量明显减少(P<0.05)

夜晚活动量显著增多(P<0.05)

电针组进入开放臂百分数和开放臂停留时间百分数较模型组明显增大(均P<0.05)

血浆NE、DA、EPI以及丘脑和脑干中NE、DA含量均较模型组明显降低(均P<0.05)。结论:电针"神门""三阴交"通过抑制交感-肾上腺髓质系统的过度兴奋治疗失眠。
