大数据时代已经到来

它涉及各行各业

其中对医疗领域影响也逐渐展现

本文通过对大数据的特点"4V"即大规模、高速度、多样性及高价值

和其在理论上与中医的共性即整体思维、相关关系和疾病规律方面的研究

结合中医针灸临床研究现状

论述了大数据时代对中医针灸临床研究中试验设计、数据采集、分析、共享等方面的影响

以期为解决目前中医针灸临床设计存在的困难和确定未来的研究方向提供一定的参考。
