患者

男

42岁

木模工

于2012年5月13日就诊。主诉:精神萎靡、气短乏力、四肢不温、食欲不振3年余。病史:3年前无明显诱因出现全身色素沉着

尤以面部为甚

头昏、气短、乏力、食欲不振、恶心呕吐

大便稀溏、每日3

次

夜尿清长频数、每晚54次

夜尿清长频数、每晚5

次

夜寐欠佳

易感冒

精神萎靡

体重下降

形体消瘦

四肢不温

腰膝酸软无力

性欲减退。
