摘要

对1例阳黄患者在中医汤剂配合西药治疗胆红素下降处于平台期时

参考患者"凝血酶原时间"化验指标

于患者肩背部、腰骶部行刮痧治疗

配合大椎、肝俞、胆俞、脾俞穴以及周围皮肤放血治疗。经过6次治疗

患者的总胆红素、间接胆红素、直接胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶明显下降

肝功能基本恢复正常

凝血酶原时间明显缩短

恢复正常

患者腹胀、乏力减轻

身黄、目黄、小便黄明显好转

从而提高患者的生活质量。刮痧配合放血疗法为治疗阳黄提供了一种新方法。
