摘要

阐述悬灸得气的特征及其临床应用。通过文献研究与临床实践

从悬灸得气的特征、悬灸得气提高临床疗效的临床依据及悬灸如何得气3个方面明确悬灸得气在临床中的关键作用

及对灸疗学发展的重要意义。悬灸穴位能产生类似针刺样的得气现象

悬灸得气的特征是在施灸部位产生透热、扩热和传热等非局部或非表面的热感

甚至酸、胀、压、重、痛、麻、冷等非热感。悬灸必须产生热敏灸感现象才能提高灸疗疗效。
