患者

男

58岁。初诊日期:2012年7月15日。主诉:左侧偏身感觉异常3月余。病史:3个月前无明显诱因于洗脚时突发左侧偏身感觉麻木、疼痛

经某医院诊断为脱髓鞘病

予以营养神经、激素、B族维生素等对症治疗

疗效不满意

遂来我院针灸科就诊。刻下症见:神志清楚、精神可

左侧偏身不知冷热

伴有麻木及胀痛

时有火热感

左侧T7以下较重

持续性发作

时轻时重

纳可

寐安

二便调

舌淡、苔白

脉弦滑;查体:四肢肌力Ⅴ级

左侧T7以
