摘要

以从《内经》《难经》时期始至清末的历代医家对"得气"的认识为研究对象

通过梳理其脉络

分析其流变

进一步了解相关古典文献对调"得气"之法的论述。查阅至清末前历代针灸古籍注述本

参以《针灸大成》《针经指南》《针灸大全》等10余种典籍为据

并结合近现代针灸名家的学术观点

发现《内经》《难经》后历代医家丰富了针刺调得气中得气与取气凉热、调气中的气至病所、得气与调气补泻、得气即泻的思想。认为自《内经》《难经》后至清末前一直延续着探析调得气之法

然各家观点不尽相同。
