摘要

采用免疫组织化学结合激光共聚焦技术

研究了正常穴位、不同部位穴位、刺激后的穴位、疾病状态的穴位局部组织细胞化学的动态变化

结果表明:1在正常的穴位处存在P物质(SP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)标记的神经纤维和形态完整的肥大细胞

这些肥大细胞同时也呈现出组织胺(HA)和五羟色胺(5-HT)的阳性标记。不同部位的穴位组织细胞化学成分相同但含量不同。2针刺大鼠"合谷"穴后

穴位局部表现为伤害性神经肽SP和CGRP在穴位局部表达增加

肥大细胞聚集脱颗粒

HA和5-HT表达增加。3在造成胃黏膜损伤后

体表敏化点的分布和内脏的神经节段分布类似

和经典穴位重叠率高。敏化穴位的局部也出现了和穴位刺激后相同的组织细胞化学改变。提示穴位处虽然没有一个特异性的解剖学结构

但是无论是疾病反应还是针刺刺激

其局部的组织细胞化学改变却是一致的。这可能就是穴位处组织细胞化学动态改变的基础。
