摘要

目的:观察针刺治疗中重度持续性过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将66例中重度持续性过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为针刺组(34例)和西药组(32例)。针刺组采用针刺治疗

先取俯卧位

针刺大椎、肺俞、脾俞、肝俞、肾俞

留针20min;再取仰卧位

针刺百会、印堂、迎香、太冲、合谷

留针20min。隔日针刺1次

每周治疗3次

连续治疗8周。西药组予口服盐酸西替利嗪

每次10mg

每日1次

连续治疗8周。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗1个月、治疗2个月和治疗结束后1个月的鼻症状总分(TNSS)、中医肝脏象情绪量表(ERSG)评分和鼻腔结膜炎患者生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分变化

并比较两组的临床疗效。结果:(1)两组治疗1个月、治疗2个月、治疗结束后1个月TNSS均较治疗前降低(P<0.05

P<0.01);针刺组治疗2个月TNSS较治疗1个月低(P<0.05);治疗结束后1个月

针刺组TNSS较西药组低(P<0.05)。(2)两组治疗2个月ERSG评分较治疗前均有所下降(均P<0.05);针刺组治疗2个月ERSG评分低于西药组(P<0.05)。(3)两组患者治疗1个月较治疗前、治疗2个月较治疗1个月RQLQ评分均下降(均P<0.05);针刺组治疗1个月、治疗2个月和治疗结束后1个月RQLQ评分均较西药组低(均P<0.05)。(4)针刺组总有效率为91.2%(31/34)

西药组90.6%(29/32)

组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺治疗中重度持续性过敏性鼻炎安全有效

与西药组相比

针刺组在疗效的持久性方面更具有优势。
