摘要

患者

男

37岁

因"头皮疼痛

伴头皮凹凸不平多处迴沟5年"于2014年9月10日初诊。病史:5年前出现头皮疼痛

且头皮凹凸不平

有多处迴沟

状如脑皮质沟迴状。经多方医治

未见疗效。追问原因

患者年轻时常做倒立训练

头皮发生沟迴

出现头痛

现疼痛呈逐渐加重趋势

不能安然入睡
