摘要

目的:比较火针配合针刺与单纯针刺治疗面肌痉挛的疗效差异。方法:选择面肌痉挛患者60例

随机分为火针组(30例)和针刺组(30例)。两组均以毫针针刺风池、百会、神庭、足三里、阳陵泉

每次留针30min。火针组于痉挛处阿是穴采用火针点刺不留针

针刺组于痉挛处阿是穴采用单纯针刺留针。前两周均每日1次

治疗5天后休息2天

连续治疗2周

共针10次;从第3周开始

改为隔日1次

每周针3次

再针20次。痉挛止即停用痉挛处阿是穴火针及针刺。两组于治疗15次、30次后面肌痉挛程度和频度情况

并评定临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后观察面肌痉挛程度和频度均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.05);火针组较针刺组降低明显(均P<0.05);治疗15次、30次后

火针组痊愈率及总有效率均优于针刺组[治疗15次后

20.0%(6/30)vs 10.0%(3/30)

80.0%(24/30)vs 63.3%(19/30)

均P<0.05;治疗30次后

33.3%(10/30)vs 20.0%(6/30)

93.3%(28/30)vs 80.0%(24/30)

均P<0.05]。结论:运用火针温通法治疗面肌痉挛的疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。
