摘要

为探讨子午流注纳支针法运用于胃经的核磁共振成像(fMRI)脑功能区状态变化情况

将健康志愿者10例

采用相同的磁共振扫描序列分别采集按时按穴、非时按穴和按时非穴的fMRI数据。按时按穴组于辰时(北京时间上午7:02:53-9:02:52)针刺足三里、冲阳穴

非时按穴组于申时(北京时间下午3:02-5:02)针刺足三里、冲阳穴

按时非穴组于辰时针刺足三里外1

cm和冲阳外12cm和冲阳外1

cm非穴点。利用SPM5软件分析各组脑区fMRI数据

并对按时按穴、非时按穴和按时非穴的fMRI数据进行组内、组间比较分析。发现按时按穴组主要表现为小脑扁桃体、右侧岛叶激活;非时按穴组主要表现为右侧中央前回的负激活;按时非穴组主要表现为右侧岛叶的激活。组间对比显示:3组存在不同的脑区变化情况。认为子午纳支针法运用于胃经可能引起小脑和岛叶等脑区的功能状态激活

从而对痿证和胃部疾病患者起到积极作用。
