摘要

对王富春教授提出的"同功穴"概念及其内涵与外延进行阐述

指出"同功穴"是针对某一病症、主治作用相同的一类腧穴

"同功穴"是腧穴配伍的基本要素

而腧穴配伍是针灸处方的基础。"同功穴"的提出与运用为腧穴"特异性"研究向"共性"研究转移提供新的思路

也为腧穴配伍研究奠定坚实理论基础。
