患者

男

19岁

就诊时间:2010年9月16日。主因"突发意识不清伴四肢无力、言语不利10个月"来我院就诊。现病史:2009年10月14日无明显诱因出现高热

最高体温40℃

伴全身抽搐

后出现意识障碍、肢体无力等症状

送往当地医院查头颅MR示、脑干及双侧小脑梗塞

对症治疗后体温仍持续在38.5℃

并频繁癫痫发作伴呼吸困难

3日后做气
