患者

男

54岁

初诊日期:2012年11月14日。主诉:右足底及拇趾以上皮肤溃破、伤口不愈合1年余

伴双下肢静脉曲张10年余。病史:1年前右拇趾皮肤划破

用创可贴处理

开始有少量黑色血液渗出

2周后皮损扩大

血水混合性渗出

经清创、换药、口服头孢菌素类及甲硝唑等治疗

症状无好转

遂住院治疗。采用各种抗生素(头孢菌素类、林可霉
