摘要

目的:探寻电针不同穴位对失重条件下机体内分泌轴及相关神经递质的影响及变化规律。方法:40只雄性清洁级Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、尾吊组、电针内关组、电针三阴交组

每组10只。尾吊组、电针内关组、电针三阴交组大鼠尾部悬吊模拟失重效应。正常组常规饲养;尾吊组尾吊28天;电针内关组大鼠尾吊的同时

予以电针双侧"内关"30min

隔日1次

共治疗14次;电针三阴交组大鼠尾吊的同时

予以电针双侧"三阴交"穴30min

隔日1次

共治疗14次。均于4周后取材。采用放射免疫法检测各组大鼠下丘脑促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(corticotropin releasing hormone

CRH)、垂体促肾上腺皮质激素(adrenocorticotropic hormone

ACTH)、血清中皮质酮(corticosterone

CORT)及下丘脑中5-羟色胺(5-hydroxy tryptamine

5-HT)、多巴胺(dopamine

DA)、去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine

NE)的含量。结果:与正常组比较

尾吊组大鼠垂体组织ACTH含量降低(P<0.05)

下丘脑中5-HT含量明显降低(P<0.01);电针"内关"组大鼠下丘脑组织中CRH、5-HT的含量降低(P<0.01

P<0.05);电针三阴交组大鼠下丘脑组织中CRH、5-HT的含量降低(P<0.01

P<0.05)

血清中CORT的含量降低(P<0.05)。与尾吊组比较

电针内关组垂体组织ACTH含量降低(P<0.05);电针三阴交组大鼠下丘脑组织中CRH含量、垂体组织ACTH含量、血清中CORT含量亦降低(P<0.05

P<0.01)。与电针内关组比较

电针三阴交组大鼠血清CORT的含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:电针可以调节尾吊大鼠下丘脑中5-HT的含量

抑制尾吊大鼠HPA轴的兴奋状态

电针"三阴交"较电针"内关"抑制作用更明显

但对NE、DA的作用并不明显。
