摘要

患者

男

18岁

在校大学生。初诊时间:2014年4月17日。主诉:四肢肘、膝关节以下麻木20余天

伴足趾、手指末端疼痛。病史:20余天前突然出现双侧示指指尖麻木

逐渐发展至四肢肘、膝关节以下麻木

伴足趾、示指末端疼痛。曾于手指麻木前2周患"肠胃型感冒"

经附近医院静脉点滴抗病毒类药物(具体用药不详)治疗1次后病情得到缓解

而后出现双手掌指关节麻木

渐至肘以下麻木
