摘要

首次效应的概念来源于心理学

强调首次接触后效应的重要性和意义。针灸临床上的首次效应虽然也在不停的发生和应用

但是未给出明确的概念、内涵、应用等方面具体的阐述。笔者从首次效应的概念出发

试述了针灸临床首次效应的特点、理论意义及临床价值等内容

为针灸临床的首次效应研究提供一定的参考。
