摘要

目的:探寻治疗类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis

RA)患者提高疗效的方法及对炎性反应指标的影响。方法:将40例RA患者随机分为观察组和对照组

各20例。对照组予以:1双氯芬酸钠缓释片1次0.3g

每日2次;2甲氨蝶呤片(methotrexate tablets

MTX)1次10mg

1周1次;3叶酸片1次5mg

1周1次。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用艾灸治疗

在肿、痛关节处行艾灸

每天灸1次

一次15

以局部皮肤潮红为度

治疗6次后休息1天。两组均治疗30天后观察疗效。观察两组治疗前后类风湿因子(rheumatoid factor

RF)、超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein

hs-CRP)、血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate

ESR)、疾病活动性评分(disease activity score-28

DAS-28)及关节症状体征积分的变化。结果:与治疗前比较

两组均能明显降低RA患者RF、hs-CRP、ESR、DAS-28及症状分级量化评分水平(均P

0.05);与对照组相比较

观察组RF、hs-CRP、ESR、DAS-28及症状分级量化评分水平改善更为明显(均P

0.05);观察组总有效率为85.0%(17/20);对照组总有效率为80.0%(16/20)

观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P

0.05)。结论:艾灸辅助治疗能够改善RA患者关节症状、降低炎性反应指标

提高临床疗效。
