摘要

目的:评价"三伏天"穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎的近期疗效与安全性。方法:将249例患者随机分为三伏贴组(166例)、安慰剂组(83例)。于三伏天初、中、末伏的第一天开始进行穴位贴敷

穴取大椎、肺俞、脾俞、肾俞为主

三伏贴组采用中药(白芥子、细辛、延胡索、甘遂)穴位贴敷

安慰剂组采用非药物成分的荞麦粉进行贴敷

每次贴敷时间2

每伏的头三天连续贴敷

患者连续贴敷满三伏为一疗程。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗1个疗程后的症状、体征积分、症状视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分变化和治疗期间的不良反应及处理情况。结果:两组治疗后的症状、体征积分及症状VAS评分均较治疗前改善(均P

0.05)

且治疗后三伏贴组对以上评分的改善优于安慰剂组(均P

0.05)。三伏贴组近期总有效率为68.1%(113/166)

优于安慰剂组的48.2%(40/83

0.05);三伏贴组不良反应发生率为4.2%(7/166)

但组间差异无统计学意义(P

0.05)。结论:"三伏贴"治疗变应性鼻炎近期疗效显著
