摘要

虫咬皮炎是被蚊、蜂等虫类叮咬

接触其毒液或虫体粉毛而引起的一种急性炎性反应或过敏反应

皮损多以梭形风团上的丘疹、丘疱疹为主

治疗不及时可发生感染

甚至并发淋巴管炎。笔者采用无烟艾灸配合刺血药罐治疗虫咬皮炎合淋巴管炎36例

现报道如下。1临床资料36例均为2014年7月至8月大连市皮肤病医院门诊患者

男17例

女19例;年龄最小2个月

最大69岁

平均(36±0.2)岁;病程最短1h

最长
