摘要

患者

男

76岁

就诊日期:2014年7月29日。主诉:不能自主排尿21天。现病史:自2014年7月6日无明显诱因逐渐出现排尿不畅

至7月9日不能自主排尿

遂至当地医院就诊

查腹部B超示:前列腺增生

肾及输尿管未见明显异常。诊断为前列腺增生并急性尿潴留。予留置导尿处理后回家

1周后复诊

拔除导尿管后仍不能自主排尿

再次行留置导尿2周。于2014年7月29日至我院泌尿外科求治

复查腹部B超示:前列腺增生

肾及输尿管
