摘要

目的:比较穴位埋线与多烯磷酯酰胆碱胶囊治疗肝郁脾虚型非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效差异。方法:采用多中心临床试验

将180例非酒精性脂肪性肝病肝郁脾虚型患者随机分为埋线组和西药组

每组90例。在控制饮食和适量运动等一般治疗的基础上

埋线组给予穴位埋线治疗

取穴肝俞、太冲、丰隆、足三里、三阴交

7天埋线1次;西药组给予口服多烯磷酯酰胆碱胶囊(易善复

228mg/粒)

2粒/次

每天3次。治疗6个月后

比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候评分、肝脏酶学及血脂水平、腹部B超的变化。结果:1中医证候评分方面

埋线组显著低于西药组(P<0.05);2肝脏酶学及血脂水平方面

埋线组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)水平均比西药组显著下降(均P<0.05);3腹部B超检查方面

埋线组脂肪肝程度的改善较西药组显著(P<0.05);4临床疗效方面

埋线组总有效率为89.8%(79/88)

显著高于西药组的76.7%(69/90

P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线疗法治疗肝郁脾虚型非酒精性脂肪性肝病疗效确切

且优于口服多烯磷酯酰胆碱胶囊。
