摘要

目的:比较梅花针叩刺夹脊穴联合康复训练与单纯康复训练治疗小脑卒中共济失调的临床疗效差异。方法:60例小脑卒中后共济失调患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组30例。对照组采用常规康复训练;观察组在对照组康复训练的基础上应用梅花针叩刺夹脊穴

均治疗4周。观察治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周后采用神经病联合会国际合作共济失调量表(international cooperative ataxia rating scale

ICARS)、Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale

BBS)、Barthel指数(Barthel index

BI)进行评分

并比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗2周、4周后

两组ICARS、BBS、BI评分均显著优于治疗前(均P<0.05);治疗2周后

两组间评分比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)

治疗4周后

观察组各项评分显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗4周后

观察组总有效率为96.7%(29/30)

优于对照组的80.0%(24/30

P<0.05)。结论:梅花针叩刺夹脊穴联合康复训练可显著改善小脑卒中患者的协调功能、平衡功能和日常生活活动能力

优于单纯康复训练者。
