摘要

患者

女

57岁

因"双下肢出现暗红结节4年

复发加重2个月"于2013年5月13日就诊。4年前无明显诱因双小腿下端胫骨内侧皮肤对称位置相继出现鲜红色结节

似蚊虫叮咬状肿胀

皮损约核桃大小

无明显疼痛、瘙痒

1个月后结节颜色逐渐变为暗红色

皮损处呈现瘢痕样增生硬结

高出皮面

有压痛无瘙痒

偶伴下肢酸胀感。多次于皮肤科及风湿免疫科门诊就诊

经查血常规、肝肾功能、血沉、免疫、胸片、双下肢血管彩超等未见明显异常。诊断
