摘要

目的:观察头针配合温针灸治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:将15例宫颈癌术后尿潴留患者采用头皮针配合温针灸治疗

主穴为焦氏头针足运感区、水道、归来、三阴交、阴陵泉、太溪

留针30min

每日治疗1次

5次为一疗程

根据症状治疗1

个疗程。结果:1个疗程后

痊愈9例

好转4例

无效2例

治愈率为60.0%;2个疗程后痊愈14例

无效1例

治愈率为93.3%

1例无效患者继续针灸1个疗程后症状好转。结论:头针配合温针灸是治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留的一种有效方法。
