摘要

羊毛疔

又叫羊毛痧、羊毛疔瘤

病名出自王肯堂《证治准绳》

以头痛、全身寒热、于胸前区及后背部发现疹形红点为主症

多于春末秋初夏季气温较高时发病

为七情郁火、复感疫毒时邪所致。本病特点是持续高热

前胸后背多发皮疹

且用针挑拨时有羊毛丝样物被挑出

又因疹形坚硬似钉

故以"羊毛疔"名之。南方民间又称"猪毛疔"。《证治准绳·外科·卷二·疗疮门》载濮阳传云:"万历子亥
