摘要

目的:观察砭石按摩锥足疗结合砭砧印堂感法治疗失眠症的疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为砭术组和针刺组

砭术组35例

采用砭石按摩锥足疗结合砭砧印堂感法

足疗取穴为涌泉、太冲、公孙等;针刺组35例

采用传统针刺疗法

穴取三阴交、神门、四神聪等穴。两组均每日治疗1次

治疗5次休息2天

治疗10次后及治疗后2周随访时观察匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗后

两组失眠患者PSQI总分均下降

治疗前后比较

差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组失眠患者在治疗后PSQI总分比较及治疗后随访时愈显率和总有效率比较

差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:砭石按摩锥足疗结合砭砧印堂感法治疗失眠症安全有效

与传统针刺疗效相当

且患者痛苦少。
