摘要

三叉神经痛是临床常见难治性疾病

方剑乔教授在多年诊治该病上积累了丰富的临床经验。方教授主张在首诊时应准确定位并辨证

针灸治疗时实行分期治疗

即根据患者是否处于发病期

拟定不同的针灸处方。在针刺过程中

应根据病情发展采用不同的针刺手法和留针时间

恰当运用电针和经皮穴位电刺激疗法以加强治疗效果。
