患者

男

55岁

于2014年11月6日就诊。主诉:头晕伴记忆力减退1个月。病史:自诉平素血压偏低

波动于80

0/6090/60

5 mmHg(1 mmHg≈0.133kPa)

无明显不适

曾于2014年3月、9月患脑梗死

经治疗遗留双侧肢体无力、语言不利。近1个月自觉头晕、记忆力减退

未予重视

后症状加重

遂就诊于天津中医药大学第一附属医院门诊。
