摘要

目的:比较运用河车路行罐配合擦法与西药治疗糖尿病后抑郁症的疗效差异。方法:将216例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组108例。观察组采用河车路行罐配合擦法治疗

隔日1次

6次为一疗程

疗程间休息4天

共治疗2个疗程;对照组口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊治疗

每日1次

连续服用4周。分别于治疗前、治疗结束、治疗后1个半月随访

采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、自评抑郁量表(SDS)、中医证候评分进行评定;治疗前、治疗后检测空腹血糖(GLU);随访时检测糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。结果:观察组总有效率为90.9%(90/99)

优于对照组的73.7%(70/95

P<0.05)。治疗后

观察组与对照组HAMD、SDS、中医证候评分均下降(均P<0.05);观察组治疗结束及随访中医证候评分较对照组低(均P<0.05)。观察组患者HbA1c、GLU控制较平稳

且较治疗前有所下降

但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:河车路理论指导下的中医治疗方法比西药盐酸氟西汀分散片口服对糖尿病后抑郁症综合疗效更优

且不良反应更少。
