患者

女

46岁。就诊时间:2014年10月23日。主诉:尿失禁6月余。现病史:6个月前因宫颈癌术后超声复查时憋尿时间过长而导致尿频尿急

继而出现尿失禁。遂于天津当地医院就诊

诊断为"泌尿系统感染

尿失禁"

给予相关对症支持治疗(具体不详)

出院时尿路感染已痊愈

但尿失禁未见明显好转。遂就诊于北京某医院

超声检查未见
