摘要

笔者在临床应用多种无痛进针法的基础上结合自身体会提出根据腧穴分布部位选择无痛进针法的理念

在临床上根据腧穴所处部位的解剖学特点选择最适宜的无痛进针法

头皮部采用叩刺进针法

额部及浅表神经干处采用提捏进针法

眼部及大血管处采用指切进针法

面部及指端采用飞针进针法

枕项部采用弹针进针法

腹部采用抖刺进针法

四肢、腰背部采用单手速刺法

掌心、足底部采用剁刺进针法。本文从术前准备、适用部位、操作方法、注意事项等方面系统介绍无痛进针法

为临床无痛进针操作提供参考。
