摘要

以针刀治疗肩痹的肩髎、肩髃、肩贞3穴为例

用"溯源"和"究恒"的方法

探究针刀医学中经穴的定位、入路、操作手法以及临床意义。定位精准是针刀医学的取穴特点

针刀取穴时通常使用体表定位法

以体表可见或可触及的骨骼突起处、肌肉、肌腱等作为定位标志

以按压出现"酸、麻、胀"等感觉作为按压定位原则

用望、触结合的方法定位腧穴。针刀以不同方式入路操作

均给予粘连的滑囊、肌腱、关节囊以及受卡压的神经组织松解到位的治疗

从而有效改善肩痹诸症。
