摘要

八脉交会穴为经典针灸理论之后腧穴理论建构的代表

本文从学术发展角度予以分析

认为其理论本质是以奇经概括和解释正经腧穴主治特性与规律;突出的学术贡献在于揭示上下肢对应部位腧穴具有共同主治的规律;主要思维方法为同气相求。其有别于经典理论的特性

对思考不同经脉理论的解释对象、适用范围

腧穴特异性及其经脉关系等问题颇具启发意义。同时指出八穴与八脉的对应关系

也有较强主观规定性。
