摘要

笔者以针刺和偏头痛为关键词在中国知网及PubMed数据库中进行检索

对筛选出的针刺治疗实验性偏头痛模型大鼠文献进行分析

结果表明针刺机制研究主要集中于调控偏头痛发病相关的神经递质/神经调质方面

如降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、一氧化氮(NO)等

并进一步对研究涉及的神经递质/神经调质进行分类综述。
