摘要

目的:比较解剖点斜刺与常规取穴针刺治疗骶髂关节损伤的疗效差异。方法:将80例骶髂关节损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组40例。观察组采用解剖点斜刺治疗

选取经触诊解剖标志后标记的9个等分定位点(解剖点)为进针穴位

行斜刺法进针;对照组采用常规针刺

穴取环跳、秩边、委中等穴位

行直刺法进针。两组均每天治疗1次

每周治疗5天

治疗10次为一疗程

共治疗2个疗程。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)的变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为90.0%(36/40)

优于对照组的72.5%(29/40

P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分及ODI均明显降低(均P<0.01)

且观察组较对照组VAS评分及功能障碍指数降低更明显(均P<0.01)。结论:解剖点斜刺治疗骶髂关节损伤的疗效优于常规针刺

可有效缓解疼痛

改善功能障碍。
