摘要

目的:观察穴位埋线与电针治疗偏头痛的临床疗效差异。方法:将60例偏头痛患者随机分为埋线组和电针组

每组30例。埋线组对风池、太阳、外关、阳陵泉等穴位进行穴位埋线

每2周治疗一次

治疗2次

共4周;电针组取穴与埋线组相同

其中风池、太阳一组

阳陵泉、足三里一组接电针治疗仪

隔日治疗1次

共治疗4周。观察两组治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)

并比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后埋线组和电针组患者的VAS评分均低于治疗前(均P<0.01)

治疗后埋线组VAS评分较电针组低(P<0.01)

且治疗前后VAS评分差值埋线组较电针组改善明显(P<0.01);治疗后埋线组总有效率高于电针组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线能降低偏头痛患者VAS评分

临床疗效优于电针组

治疗效果持续时间长

有临床推广价值。
