患者

女

25岁。初诊日期:2015年8月2日。主诉:月经淋漓不断9个月

加重1个月。病史:9个月前在厦门市妇幼保健院接受剖宫产手术

产后即月经淋漓不断

每日月经量3 mL左右

色鲜红

偶有血块

稍微劳累后加剧

诊断为产后功能性子宫出血

因在哺乳期

未予服用相关药物。曾就诊于厦门大学医院中医科

诊断为产后崩漏

予服相关中药(具体不详)

亦无明显好转。1月前因劳累后
