摘要

选取15块发育正常的形态结构完整的成年女性骶骨标本进行骶后孔与骶正中嵴距离、相邻骶后孔中心间距离的测量

进行统计学处理并分析作为八髎穴体表定位的解剖学客观依据。发现上髎与骶正中嵴的平均距离为(2.08±0.19)cm

次髎与骶正中嵴的平均距离为(1.75±0.12)cm

中髎与骶正中嵴的平均距离为(1.59±0.15)cm

下髎与骶正中嵴的平均距离为(1.56±0.15)cm;S_1-S_2平均间距为(2.36±0.31)cm

S_2-S_3平均间距为(1.98±0.23)cm

S_3-S_4平均间距为(1.71±0.18)cm。认为临床八髎穴定位首先要确定次髎穴。
